For anyone who thinks dry shampoo for dogs might be a little silly: Clearly, you're not a dog owner. Fresh Dog sent over some products for Bogart and I to review about a week ago. They couldn't have arrived at a better time because the little bug (as I like to call him) decided to roll around in dog poop that day. Good times. I was out of dog shampoo and Bogart hates having baths, so I tried the Fresh Dog Waterless Bath Foam. It worked like a charm. It's easy to use and much less of headache for me and the dog: you simply apply it, work it in, and towel it off. This is definitely a most welcome alternative to a traditional bath as trying to keep him the tub when I bathe him is such a nightmare!
We've tried the Dry Shampoo Powder too. It has a great lavendar scent and you can apply it directly to the dog as a deodorizer, but my favorite use for it is to freshen up his bedding... Although, who am I kidding? His favorite place to nap always ends up being in my bed. I don't know how he manages to sneak in there every time, but he does. Bogart, you are such a bed thief!
